Dr. Jonathan A. Cerutti’s extensive medical background stems from his four years of study in biology at Manhattan College which he attended while on an athletic scholarship as a sprinter and hurdler. While an undergraduate student he was the recipient of an educational grant to perform research in Australia. The study was published in a prestigious botanical journal. A passionate desire to significantly change and improve the health and lives of others led him to continue his education at the prestigious New York Chiropractic College where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic. In addition, he received the Libero A. Violini Health Center Award, which is presented to the graduate who demonstrates an exceptional level of dedication and selflessness to his/her patients during the clinical phase of their education.
Professional Achievements and Recognition
Dr. Cerutti has experience in a variety of soft tissue techniques, including Active Release Technique and Graston Technique, and utilizes them to speed the healing of muscle, ligament, fascial and nerve dysfunction. He is currently a member of the Connecticut Chiropractic Association as well as the American Chiropractic Association. Dr. Cerutti is dedicated to serving as many patients as possible and educating them on the benefits of Chiropractic as well as helping them understand the connection between nerve dysfunction and overall health.
