Wyoming spine specialist, Dr. Dean Lehmkuhler shares his success integrating Cox Technic into his Spine+Fit System for maximizing patient outcomes.

Dr. Dean Lehmkuhler D.C. was born and raised in Western Nebraska. Travel throughout childhood took him across the country with his father, a PRCA rodeo clown and bullfighter, Butch Lehmkuhler.  During those travels, he witnessed first hand the remarkable abilities of the human body to heal and repair itself in the very high stress environment of professional rodeo.  After graduating from North Platte High School, he attended the University of North Dakota and then Drury University on an athletic scholarship.  While at Drury, he captured three NCAA-II 1 meter Springboard individual national championships and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Exercise Science.  He attended Northwestern College of Chiropractic and graduated Summa Cum Laude before moving to Wyoming where he has practiced since 2004.

Outside of the office, Dr. Lehmkuhler can be found pursuing archery, running, and kettlebell training.  His background in competitive golf, tennis, diving, Ironman triathlon, Olympic weightlifting, and running marathons on roads and trails gives him a well rounded view of sport performance and injuries that helps him manage these patients at Spine+Fit.

His professional focus has always centered around a combined effort of patient education, effective treatment, exercise, and rehabilitation of the human spine.  The Spine+Fit System is the culmination of many years of specialized post graduate training, personal interest, and extensive experience in non surgical and non drug management of back conditions.

Singapore spine specialist, Dr. Roy Chan shares two patient stories of degenerative scoliosis effectively treated with Cox® Technic spinal decompression.

Spine specialist, Dr. Hrefna Sylvia from Iceland shares two patient success stories using Cox® Technic Flexion Distraction Manipulation.  The first story involves a 54 year old father with a disc prolapse resulting in foot drop.  The second story is an 84 year old gentleman with severe degenerative disc disease who is unable to turn his head.

Dr Hrefna Sylvia is born and raised in a small town in the Westfjords in Iceland. In 2009 while training for an Ironman she experienced severe low back pain, that is when she first got introduced to chiropractic. Her interest for chiropractic increased with time and in 2014 she moved to Georgia to study chiropractic. Dr Hrefna Sylvia graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractor from Life University in Atlanta, GA in June 2018 and was awarded the Clinic Excellence award at graduation. During her studies she went as a volunteer to Haiti where she treated both children and adults of all ages. She also went as a volunteer to Eugene, Oregon to help out in the medical tent during the track and field tryouts for the Olympics in Rio 2016. Dr Hrefna Sylvia specializes in the Cox technic as well as the Gonstead technique. She is the only fully certified chiropractor in the Cox technique in Iceland.

Spine specialist, Dr. Jeremy Heidt shares a story of a 37 year-old female with back and leg pain who has a surprising result from her treatment.

Dr. Jeremy Heidt is Certified in Cox Decompression Adjustment and Manipulation Technic. This is a gentle technique used for treating many spinal conditions ranging from mild Low Back Pain to more severe cases of Back and Neck Pain such as Disc Herniations, Spinal Stenosis, along with many more conditions. Only 5-10% of chiropractors have completed the training to become certified in this technique. The Cox 8 Table by Haven Medical

Spine specialist, Dr. Victor Shu shares a story of getting a construction worker back on the job who had severe incapacitating lower back pain.

Dr. Victor Shu graduated with top honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2002, and soon after began practicing chiropractic.

As a teenager, Dr. Shu often experienced extreme back pain, which his family doctor labeled as “normal growing pains”. It was not until college that Dr. Shu realized his pain was not normal, and he began researching for alternative medicine and therapies. A breakthrough happened when he visited a chiropractor, and experienced major improvement in his pain after just two sessions. That was the spark that ignited his passions for chiropractic care.

When he is not helping his patients, Dr. Shu enjoys spending time outdoors, exercising, and volunteering in his community. He possesses a strong passion for classical music, and can often be found giving private piano recitals.

Dr Shu has been serving patients in Sunnyvale and Daly City.

Spine specialist, Dr. Dan Shuman shares a new non-surgical advanced treatment technology that he is now utilizing in his office.

Chicago spine specialist, Dr. Dan Satinsky shares his excitement in treating several cases with Cox Technic.

Dr. Dan Satinsky graduated from National University of Health Sciences in August of 2017. He did a clerkship during his last semester at NUHS at Bay Pines VA hospital in Florida. There he was able to work in the Pain Management and Rehabilitation department. Dr.Satinsky started his practice Third Coast Chiropractic in Buffalo Grove, IL in October of 2017. They expanded into a larger office August 2018. Also, Dr. Dan is a third degree blackbelt and has competed in the World Championships for Judo as well as the Olympic Trials in 2008. He is still currently training and planning to start competing again. Dr. Satinsky officially received certification in Cox Technic last year and just got his first Cox 8 table last month. He says, “It has been nothing short of amazing! Our goal is to continue to change the lives of families and improve their quality of life in the Northern suburbs of Chicago. ”

Dr. Kris Cambie from the Netherlands shares a story of a patient with multi-level cervical disc herniations.

Biography
Dr. Kris Cambie is a registered chiropractor with the Dutch Chiropractic Association, working in the Netherlands. He graduated in 2001 from the Anglo-European Chiropractic College. He furthered his studies after graduation, with a specific interest in the Cox® flexion decompression manipulation technique. Currently he is one of only three chiropractors in the Netherlands that are certified in this furthered speciality. He has two succesful practices that are equipped with Cox® series 8 tables. The practices are multidisciplinary based. They feature physiotherapy, podiatry, dietitian, personal training and massage therapy, with the intention to create a personal, well-rounded, evidence based rehab centre for each patient.

Italian spine specialist, Dr. Roberto Branca shares a story of an active woman with back pain complicated by adult scoliosis.

Dr. Roberto Branca graduated in 2005 at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) in Bournemouth, UK. Since then, he has worked in private practice in Bournemouth and Southampton for a few years before moving back to Italy and starting up his own clinic in 2012. His favorite treatment choices are Cox technic, soft tissue work and active release, and he is also certified for applying kinesiotape. He is keen on functional training and rehabilitation, often integrating an exercise plan with a cycle of treatments. He is a former swimmer and now enjoys doing pilates and cross-training.
